I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and close to the pretty center of this city. The room was spacious, clean, and had modern facilities, including excellent Wi-Fi service. The breakfast was also good, and the staff were polite and friendly, speaking English fluently.
Nothing, all was good.

We booked a room for 3 people, as we were travelling with a child and the room was big, with a separate space for the 3rd bed. Everything was very clean, breakfast was ok. Parking of the hotel is also good, with direct access to the hotel via elevator, costs 10 eur per night though. The only thing that we did not like was the matrace - extreamly soft and not really comfortable. This was unusual for a 4**** Italian hotel.

The location was great, at the heart of the city, near to city train station. Quiet place for a pleasing stay. Warm welcoming staff. Excellent cleanliness. Good value for money. Large, clean, and modern room. Ample facilities. Perfect internet connection speed.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The Staff was very helpfull and kind at all times. The room was very generous, clean and with a great view.
The breakfast was very good, maybe more dark bread would be nice. A fitness or welness room would complete the hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It made it so easy for me to explore and get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They spoke English, which was a big plus for me. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. It had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. I also appreciated the television with a flat-screen and the parquet floor, which added to the overall comfort of the room.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Convenient location near the university and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was great to have free breakfast and access to a private parking garage.
The hotel was below average. The rooms seemed old, small, and not very clean.

Very good location : 5 mins. From town centre and train station
The room desparately needs re-decoration : wall-paper coming off, bad lighting, 60's style furniture in bad state. The tv set and the Wi-Fi connection did not worked. We asked the night porter's assistance, but was not willing to help, because too "busy" ( ?! )

Breakfast can b more more lavish. Two things come to mind. No option for toasted bread & eggs made to order like omlette, fried etc.
